RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We want our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience, therefore, our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase.
As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations, so we offer you service returns and refunds in case of defective items that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us.
Exchanges:
1) Place an order and I made a mistake. I need to do a change:
We can do a change only during the first 24 hours after we receive your order. After that your order is shipped so we can't do any change until you receive it.

Please double check your mailing address before placing your order . We cannot be responsible if you do not receive your order because we were given the wrong mailing address.
2) I want to exchange my product. Size, or just for other models.
Customers have 5 days after they receive it to execute the exchange. Customers have to ship us back the product; as soon as we receive it, we'll ship back a new item if the product is in perfect condition.
Returns:
1) You have 14 days after you received the item to request for a return.
2) Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
- Product must include original boxes and bags and all have to be in good condition.
- Free items can't be returned.
- Orders with promotions or discount code are not included.
